Earlier this year we completed two major refurbishment projects at both our Effingham and Weybridge Showrooms.
Striving to offer our customers more choice on their motoring we completely refurbished our Effingham site to make a home for a Suzuki franchise. Suzuki represents a new addition to our group to compliment our Mazda, Hyundai and Kia brands and it is the first time Suzuki have had a home in Surrey for around 4 years.
Our site in Effingham now has a state-of-the art Suzuki Showroom for new cars, and another refurbished showroom to house the used car range.For anyone that doesn’t know the whereabouts of our Suzuki dealer in Effinghamyou can find us situated at the Crossroads on the A246 in Effingham just next to the traffic lights.
Any existing Suzuki customers will also be able to get their car serviced at our Bookham workshops which have been authorised by Suzuki to look after servicing and parts for the manufacturer. Approximately a 3 minute drive from Effingham on Bookham’s Lower Road, it now has all the latest Suzuki diagnostic equipment and special tools to look after both new and old Suzuki’s.
Hyundai as a brand have huge aspirations and with quality and speed at which they are currently bringing out new models I have no doubt they will achieve this.
Over the recent years we have expanded a huge amount with Hyundai, and have our customers to thank in helping us do so. We therefore decided it was time to convert Weybridge into a flagship Hyundai site to be completely dedicated to the brand. This was also completed earlier this year.Similar to Effingham the upgrades for Weybridge are not only visible on the exterior, the changes inside are where most of the work has gone including new lighting, furniture, tiling and wall decals.
At Weybridge we also have some new interactive technology for you to have a play with, including tablets with the latest Hyundai model information and a whole host of other interactive software.
Customer Waiting Areas
Over the coming 12 months we will also look to upgrade some of our other showrooms and facilities. I know our service waiting areas in particular need some attention and so we will aim to start with these to make them more comfortable and welcoming.
A few years back we sent out a poll to a selection of customers to see what they would like available while waiting to have their car serviced. We listed and acted, but as times have moved on if there is anything you would particularly like I’d love to hear your thoughts?
