Customer care is a priority at T W White & Sons. That’s why we’re developing our all-new aftersales facility in Byfleet, Surrey.
T W White & Sons has made some radical changes to make sure we take as good a care as possible of you and your car – don’t worry about the change in location causing any inconvenience either, we’re only moving a short distance, from No. 7 Wintersells Road to No. 19, so it’s still as easy to find.
The real benefit is the extra space, meaning we can place more attention on ensuring we deliver the highest levels of customer service.
While we still generate outstanding results at the current [old] Byfleet premises thanks to our highly trained and skilled staff, the unit itself is looking a little tired and feeling a touch cramped.
As a result, we have chosen to relocate to a state of the art aftersales facility, increasing the T W White & Sons aftercare building’s size by four times.
Compared to the old 5,000 square foot premises, we will soon have 20,000 square feet to work with, and this will bring with it great benefits for our customers.
Into the new combined aftersales and servicing centre for Hyundai, Kia and Mazda vehicles, we will create a hi-tech 12-bay workshop boasting the latest and most up to date diagnostic equipment.
This means we will be able to quickly and easily pinpoint any potential fault with your vehicle compared to more traditional methods, reducing labour time and ultimately customer costs as a result.
Our new Byfleet facility will also feature a full accident repair centre with the latest ‘low bake spray oven’ for re-painting bodywork, as well as SMART accident repair services.
We aim to keep disruption to your day-to-day routine at a minimum as and when your car is being serviced or repaired. As a result we will kit out our new aftersales and servicing centre with a relaxing waiting area featuring complimentary wi-fi, as well as a customer lounge and a children’s play area – anything to keep the little ones entertained…
There will also be a baby change area, as well as facilities for less abled persons and wheelchair users.
With valeting bays and a purpose-built car wash area, there’s opportunity to book your car in for some TLC, too. And with 60 car parking spaces (including two disabled parking places) finding a spot should never be a problem.
T W White & Sons are investing a staggering £1.4 million in the new Byfleet project, scheduled to open mid-September this year, proving our commitment to our customers in delivering excellent service every time.
With a three-car showroom to show the latest models from our automotive partners, you can even browse for your next new car while your current vehicle is receiving attention, too.
