January marks the start of sale season, and following Christmas a lot of people have to tighten their belts a bit. That’s why we’ve got some great savings on new Suzukis meaning a new car at the start of 2014 doesn’t have to break the bank.
SUZUKI ALTO LESS THAN £6,000
As part of Suzuki’s popular VAT free campaign, the Suzuki Alto city car is on offer at just £5,999 – that’s a massive £1,200 saving over the list price.
All four Alto models are being discounted, but even the cheapest SZ entry-level variant still comes with a decent equipment spec, including electric front windows and an MP3 compatible CD player.
We know safety is important no matter how much you’re spending on a new car, which is why the Alto SZ is fitted with Suzuki’s ABS anti-lock braking system and EBD electronic brake force distribution, as well as driver and front passenger airbags.
SUZUKI ALTO FROM £99 PER MONTH
Suzuki isn’t just offering deals for up-front payments, however. The Japanese firm is also offering its Suzuki Alto SZ city car from just £99 per month until 31 March 2014.
As part of its attractive and flexible PCP Personal Contract Plan offers, you can put down a deposit of £779 to bag yourself an Alto SZ. 41 payments of just £99 per month, with a final optional balloon payment of £2,352 at the end of the agreement to keep the car makes this a bargain finance deal.
SUZUKI ALTO: 65.7MPG WITH 99G/KM CO2
This great offer looks all the more appealing when you realise how little the Suzuki Alto will cost to run.
It’s little 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine is incredibly frugal, returning 65.7mpg combined with just 99g/km CO2, meaning free road tax.
Kicking out 68hp it’s got a healthy streak of performance given its size. The 0-62mph benchmark sprint takes 13.5 seconds, however it’s from 0-30mph (around town and between the lights) where the Alto excels.
This is a city car designed for urban living, so on top of this it’s easy to park and manoeuvre, too.
ALL SUZUKI ALTO MODELS ON OFFER
It’s not just the entry-level Suzuki Alto SZ model that’s available VAT free either.
The Alto SZ3 is available at just £6,999 representing a £1,400 saving, and adds remote central locking and air conditioning, while the Alto SZ4 is being discounted by an amazing £1,600 at £7,999.
The SZ4 grade benefits from alloy wheels, electronic stability control, curtain airbags, split-folding rear seats, front fog lamps and a four-speaker stereo system.
