We always try and go that extra mile to improve the experience for everyone – and now you’ll be able to rate our performance with Hyundai’s new user-generated star ratings system across the dealer network.
The idea behind the new system is to provide customers with a transparent rating outlining the quality of service each and every dealer provides on a day-to-day basis.
We’re proud of how we perform at T W White & Sons, and always do the utmost for our customers. But we’re always looking to improve, too, so any feedback we can get is good feedback. Tell us what you like and what you think could be furthered about our current Hyundai operations.
The questionnaire will focus on sales and service offerings – so anything from buying a new or used vehicle from our T W White & Sons’ Hyundai sales centre in Weybridge, or your experiences on having your car serviced at our state of the art aftersales centre in Byfleet.
The recently refurbished service location is packed with technology and has plenty of features to make the wait easier for customers.
We work quickly and efficiently. However, with safety paramount, sometimes things can take a little longer than expected, which is why our free wifi service, television and complimentary drinks station is on offer to all our customers.
This is just one way we’re improving things for you at T W White & Sons – an initiative implemented way before this official Hyundai scheme.
